What's New?

The End of A Server Legacy

This month we'll be continuing our server migration by shutting down our 33-Tick public server and replacing it with our new, high tickrate, servers! This technology migration showcases our commitment to giving clan members and patrons, what they want, when they want it. You, our members and patrons, asked for a server environment with: low latency, elevated tickrates, and a superior hardware platform. We listened, and in February of 2007 we initiated our server replacement and expansion plan. Today we are greatly jubilated to be near completion of this momentous undertaking! So far, feedback has been positive and we are continuing to take greater and greater amounts of feedback, via our forum and web site, to further enhance our patron and member experience. CAL Training Revision

Later in April, our member training interface, called "C.S.D.T.", will be renovated and radically redesigned to better serve our teams strategic needs. We encourage you to check out our forum and website news page in the coming weeks for more information. In the mean time, members can continue to utilize the existing C.S.D.T. center for map strategies and player positioning.

 

TA Gaming

TA Gaming continues to grow through server recognition and devoted patron popularity! In fact!, our 24/7 DeathMatch Server is known by hardcore DM Players as, "The Best DM Server For Fun Maps." We are pleased to be a chosen venue for this particular array of players in the CS:Source gaming community. If you are interested in playing a particular CS:Source map on one of our servers, and today it is currently not on our map rotation, contact us via our forum or contact system and we will do everything in our power to satisfy your gaming needs! As always, we at TA Gaming hope you enjoy the efforts we contribute to our server network and discussion boards!

 

CS:Source Servers

This month will be monumental in our organization's technology world, for we will be shutting down our almost 2 year old 33-Tick public server. This event marks a new era for our servers and technology! To replace our old homestead, we have chosen a number of servers from "MyInternetServices". These servers offer best in bread hardware profiles and professional Connection Tier-1 Partners. As of now, we will have: 2 CS:Source public servers, 1 CS:Source match server, 1 Ventrilo voice server, and 1 web site. We at TA are dedicated to promulgating our theory of a professional environment secured by mature and knowledgeable administrators, as well as an online support system for your 24/7 needs.We encourage you to explore our technology and enjoy the dedication and time we commit to it!

Leagues

Earlier this month we finished CAL CS:Source Season 7 with a record of 3-5. This season contained many firsts, most notably: A De_Nuke win, An RPI of over 450, and a great Team attitude towards self-actualization. Now that Season 7 is complete, we have a few weeks of off to reconcile our achievements and shortcomings. During this off time we will be doing numerous things to make Season 8 a stellar and improved experience over its predecessor, some of the items we will be working on are: Season 8 Rosters, Team Arrangements and Management, Continued practice of ALL CAL maps, and lastly a re-construction of our CAL web pages. All in all, we were satisfied by this seasons success, though we are confident we can do exceedingly better in the future.
